PROMOTION PERIOD
“Win A Trip To India” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on [END DATE] (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on the final day of the Promotion Period. Entries submitted past the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

The Promotion is sponsored by Athma Tours and administered by The Ford Group (“TFG”).
ELIGIBILITY

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Promotion, an entrant (“Entrant”) must visit https://www.thelovethief.com during the Promotion Period and complete the online entry form with requested contact information. Upon completion of entry, the Entrant will be automatically entered for an opportunity to win a Prize. Entrants may submit one (1) entry per valid email address. All entries become the property of TFG.
Each Entrant, by entering the Promotion, agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of TFG, which are final and legally binding in all respects.
TFG reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who: (1) violates these Official Rules; (2) fails to comply with the Official Rules; or (3) violates any federal, state, or local law.

PRIZE AWARDING

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, or misdirection of materials submitted. By entering, each Entrant agrees to hold TFG harmless from any injuries, losses, or damages sustained in connection with acceptance, possession, or use of the Prizes, or participation in this Promotion.
TFG is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or network failures, lost connections, incomplete or delayed transmissions, or technical or human error. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of this Promotion is a violation of law.
If this Promotion cannot run as planned due to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond TFG’s control, TFG reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and conduct a random drawing using all eligible entries received.
USE OF INFORMATION/PUBLICITY RIGHTS
By accepting a Prize, the Winner consents to TFG’s use of their name, city, state, and biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

TAXES
