PROMOTION PERIOD
The “The Love Thief Tour of India” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 10th, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 8th, 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 1st, 2025. Entries submitted past this deadline will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Ford Group, Athma Tours, and their affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
Option 1: Online Entry
Visit thelovethief.com during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and other required information. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.
Option 2: Mail-in Entry (AMOE)
To enter without submitting the online form, mail a postcard with your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number to:

Postcards must be postmarked by August 1st, 2025 and received by August 5th, 2025.
PRIZE(S)
Grand Prize (1 winner plus a guest):
A 10-day spiritual tour of Northern India with Athma Tours, including:
- Airfare within India (winner is responsible for airfare to and from New Delhi, India)
- 9 nights hotel accommodation (double occupancy)
- Ground transportation and guided excursions
- All meals
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000
Total ARV of all prizes: $10,000
PRIZE CONDITIONS
– Winner must hold a valid passport and comply with all visa/vaccination requirements.
– Travel must be completed between February – March 2026 (dates subject to change).
– Blackout dates and scheduling limitations may apply.
– Winner is responsible for additional expenses not stated (e.g., insurance, additional meals, tips, incidentals).
– Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
PRIZE AWARDING
Winner will be selected by random drawing on or about August 8th, 2025 and notified by email. Winner must respond within 7 calendar days with eligibility verification and travel readiness. Non-response or ineligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Entrants assume all risk of lost, delayed, or misdirected entries. By entering, you release The Ford Group and Athma Tours from all liability for injuries, damages, or losses related to participation or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, entry issues, or tampering.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes.
USE OF INFORMATION & PUBLICITY
By entering, you consent to The Ford Group and Athma Tour’s use of your name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy at arielleford.com/privacy.
TAXES
All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. A 1099 form may be issued as required by law.
