If you ordered the Kindle version of the book, it will automatically be sent to you on June 27, 2023 via Kindle. The charge for the Kindle version of the book will appear on your credit card statement as an Amazon charge.

You do not need a Paypal account to purchase the paperback version of the book. Simply click on the Paypal button and then click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” and then continue as guest. The paperback will be shipped out on June 27, 2023

Please make sure to check the box that says “Shipping same as billing address” if your billing and shipping are the same. If they are different, please uncheck the box and add your shipping address. This will ensure that your paperback copy is sent to the correct address.

If you ordered the paperback version via Paypal, it will be mailed to you on June 27, 2023. The charge will be reflected in Paypal from The Ford Group. Please expect a few days for delivery.
